Experience and flexibility

Early-stage tech companies may know where they want to go, but they're missing the map that gets them there. Oh, and everything's on fire, all the time.

I love early-stage startups. Having launched and grown Wave ($537 million exit) and repositioned Plooto for sustained growth and profitability, I've seen the challenges, run the experiments, untangled the knots, and prioritized the fire-fighting. Sometimes you need conversion rate optimization. Sometimes you need a story to tell. Sometimes you need to connect better with your existing customers to maximize value. What you need today is different from what you needed yesterday. It's a fascinating challenge.

What challenges does your startup face? Let's talk.
